Runners who pre-register online before 10/16/26 are guaranteed to receive a moisture wicking race shirt. Shirts must be picked up at the event and will not be shipped or held. Early Pre-Registration Through November 14, 2025

Join us at Concentric Brewing Company for the post-race after party featuring beer, wine, cider, mixed drinks, food, music and raffle prizes. All are encouraged to join (even if you weren't able to make the run)!

Law Enforcement Runners & Teams
Sworn law enforcement officers will be eligible for LEO specific awards and agencies with 3 or more sworn runners will be eligible for team awards. To sign up as sworn officer and/or a law enforcement team using the RunSignup online registration:
- Fill out the participant information completely
- On the team page you will be asked to select your law enforcement agency. If you do not see your agency listed contact us and we will add it to the list.
- On the following page indicate that you are a sworn officer and enter your agency name or academy class to verify the correct selection.
- K-9 Officers running with K-9 will be eligible for the K-9 officer division award. Indicate you are a K-9 officer and the name of your furry partner when prompted.
Donations
Those wishing to included an additional donation with their registration may do so through the RunSignup online registration page directly under registration type. Those wishing to donate money only but not register for the race should fill this option out only and follow the instructions. NOTE: "Donation Only" registrations do not include race registration, bib, or merchandise (e.g. race shirt).

Individuals as well as organizations may become sponsors with all sponsorship money going towards the costs associated with the event (e.g. timing company, website/registration site fees, shirts, bibs, etc.) as well as other improvements to the race.

Race Bib/Shirt Pick-up
Race bibs and shirts will be picked up on race day at the event. Please note, if you pre-register for the race, you must come the day of the event to receive your bib and shirt. These items will not be held or sent out separately after the event.
Event Parking
Parking will be at the Wadsworth Mansion while available. It is advised that participants arrive early as the parking lots fills up quickly. Additional parking will be at Snow School (299 Wadsworth Street) which is just a short walk down the street from the mansion (think of it as a warm-up).
Cancellation Policy
Race will be held hot or cold, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. Registration fees as well as donations are non-refundable.
